Have used them previously for outside wall lights, on this occasion I needed strip lighting for the stairs. Gerry came up with a great solution including using a remote control to dim them and the addition of a night light setting.as I needed them urgently he arranged for next day delivery. Also I thought they would be far more expensive than online or at a high street retail store but they weren’t. I would highly recommend them. Nigel.

Over and above The guys at South West Lighting were very warm and helpful with a slightly unusual lighting issue I had. Great advice and solved my problem with some ingenuity! Can’t recommend these guys enough, superb customer service.

Very knowledgeable staff, and now the only lighting showroom in Barnstaple, the shop is full of fabulous lights and on trend LED. Highly recommended for interior, exterior home or business lighting. The owner is a lighting designer so can help with any project!

Excellent service We went in to try and buy something to improve the garage lighting. We came out with 2×6′ led batten lights. What a transformation! In addition to buying a superb product, which has far exceeded our expectations, we had a damned good laugh in the process and ended up buying more than we went in for, all at a very good price! They have a superb selection of oversized LED lamps and it was difficult to choose which one would best suit the large bottle we use as a table lamp. We will return to the store and try to push them to their technical limit in the future! Don’t go to a DIY shed, go here, far better choice, quality and service at a decent price.

Excellent service We needed a replacement bulb for a bathroom light. The young man who served us said that South West Lighting no longer stock it but he would search online for a stockist. He not only found one but even gave us their part number to help with the purchase. He also took the time to explain that some manufacturers have changed the lugs on the fitting so suggested we checked that before buying the item. Thanks to this excellent service we were able to go to the retailer he identified and buy the bulb.

A great lighting shop We popped in by chance today. What a great display of amazing lights, pendants and wall lights. There’s also external lighting all reasonably priced.

I phoned this company on the off chance they had a light I had been looking at online. They did not have it in stock but ordered it for me immediately, got it in faster than the online company could and more importantly the price was noticeably less than the online companies sell it for!
